The ‘Casey’ web application was developed from the ground up to meet Anglicare’s unique and complex requirements and to enable a multi-agency, holistic approach to service delivery. As they continue to expand their services, new data capture templates can be developed without disrupting core systems and without resulting in expensive roll-outs and upgrade cycles. A customisable reporting engine delivers real-time access to a comprehensive data suite while also meeting contractual and recurring reporting requirements. Anglicare’s Statewide Case Management system has now been operating successfully for more than five years. It continues to ensure service delivery staff have immediate access to extensive client information which in turn, assists in maximising client outcomes.

‘VSoft’ was completed within an extremely short timeframe and it passed the ‘soft’ opening of the theme park without issue. A manual data replication system allows 56 separate instances of Microsoft SQL server to synchronise locker hire records across the expansive theme park grounds, ensuring the system's high availability requirements are met. A management console accessible from all areas of the park allows attendant and management staff to monitor and proactively respond to enquiries and issues, as well as access detailed usage reports. Multiple guest authentication systems are integrated into the hire process to provide secure access to lockers for guests. Protocols are implemented to ensure guests’ property is secure, even when allotted hire times are exceeded. Following the implementation of ‘VSoft’ at the water park, it has been installed in numerous sites worldwide. The innovative design and configuration ensures it can be reused in a range of environments, with minimal modification.
